Are the sneakers authentic?

Sneaker Hedonism sells only authentic sneakers, each sneaker is thoroughly inspected and checked for authenticity before they are posted on the website.

When will my sneakers arrive?

From the moment you order the sneaker, you can expect it in 1-3 working days at your address in the territory of Serbia.
For international shipments it takes 7-14 days for delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over 9.000 dinars for Serbia and over 50.000 dinars for international orders.
For orders below that shipping for Serbia is 350 dinars for clothing and Bearbrick figures and around 700 dinars for sneakers.
Shipping for orders outside of Serbia is 2400 dinars.

How can I pay?

In Serbia you can pay by cash on delivery or by card.
Outside Serbia you can only pay by card.

Can I cancel the order or exchange it for another size?

In Serbia it is possible to cancel the order within 14 days from the date of order, only if they have been tried on inside and not worn outside. We also offer an exchange for another size if the needed size is in stock or you can exchange it for a different product.
For international orders, all shipments are final from the moment of ordering on the website. No refund.

Do I need to pay custom tax?

Yes, if you are outside of Serbia please inform about import and tax laws of your country.

Why are sneakers more expensive than on the release date?

Sneaker Hedonism is a resell platform. We obtain sneakers that are sold out everywhere around the world and prices are based on supply and demand.

How do I know if I'm ordering the right size?

On the page of every sneaker there is a table with sizes (size guide) where you can compare the size in centimeters with the sneakers you already have. In addition, in the description of each sneaker, we have also recommended which size to take in relation to the sneakers fit.
If you are still not sure, you can contact us on Instagram and we will provide you with professional help.

How do I keep up with the latest drops?

Follow us on Instagram, where we will be announcing when a new round of sneakers comes out or sign up to our newsletter where we will send you an email when new sneakers drop.

Are all sneakers in stock?

Yes, all sneakers on the site are in stock and immediately available for delivery in the shortest possible time.
